It’s only been a few days since we were introduced to Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6, and the battle is already on. Following the start of the new content season, players are looking at some big changes in Verdansk. One of the biggest highlights is the new fast travel system, which will make traversing the terrain a smoother experience. Not to forget, a new season means a new battle pass. New weapon, operators, maps, and more are here in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6.
If you wish to experience the joys of commuting, simply hop into any of the subway stations. Commandeer a train, and you can get to the next terminal in just a matter of seconds. However, if you find yourself in a firefight, the trains will not work. It is likely these stations will make for great escape routes, or perfect ambush spots.
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6 will also see a new mode, Armored Royale. Squads will have a new tool at their disposal, with the armored cargo truck providing protection and firepower in the form of a turret. As long as it is still operational, your squad can even respawn.
Likewise, Season 6 will see new maps join the multiplayer arena in Modern Warfare. Gunfight fans can enjoy the new Station map, while the Verdansk Riverside is now available in Ground War. Broadcast and Mialstor Tank Factory maps are now in the 6v6 modes. The latter are also available in 10v10 modes.
As far as the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6 battle pass, there are the standard daily, weekly, and mission challenges to clear. With 20 tiers of freebies alone to get through, you will have plenty to do. Outside of the cosmetics, you can look forward to the new weapons. The SP-R208 marksman rifle and the AS-VAL assault rifle make for great additions. Get the premium pass, and you will have 100 tiers to work through and new Operators Farah and Nikolai.
Perhaps the best of the lot is Edward the bat. The new finishing move will certainly scare the living hell out of your opponents.
