It might be rare, but Tiffany Haddish has done it! The actress and comedian has revealed that instead of gaining weight in quarantine, like most other people out there, she’s lost no less than 40 pounds!
Now, Tiffany is opening up about her secret, which, it turns out, it’s not that secret!
After all, what she did is just focusing on her nutrition being healthy, coupled with some fun workouts!
Chatting with PEOPLE, the actress told the world about her weight loss, saying that she’s dropped no less than 40 pounds.
‘During this COVID period, I’ve lost 40 pounds. I’ve been eating differently, way more vegetables, eating directly out of my garden and just really putting in the work, making sure that I sweat every day and staying up on nutrition – nutrition is everything,’ the actress and comedian shared via People during the interview.
‘I had this thought in my mind that I want the body of Flo-Jo!’ Tiffany said, talking about Olympic gold medalist track champion Florence Griffith Joyner, who still has not been surpassed as the fastest woman in the world!
Well, if she keeps it up, Tiffany Haddish might just get there!
As for the physical part of her ‘get fit’ journey, the star dished that she has been working out pretty much every day but for different amounts of time, sometimes only 15 minutes, other times up to 2 hours, depending on how she felt that day!
But cardio and weight lifting is not all she did! To keep it ‘fun,’ the celeb mentioned that she also likes to dance between 5 and 10 minutes every day.
As her followers know, Tiffany Haddish has her own vegetable and herb garden that she has been tending for, sometimes on camera as a tutorial, during the quarantine.
With that being said, it makes total sense that, while the rest of the world was gaining weight ordering delivery every day, she was eating fresh greens from her own garden and dropping the pounds!
